Awareness | Accountability | Change
A safety and behaviour support app designed for integration with Family / Whānau Violence intervention programmes.
Watch the video below to see how Ake works
Service Users open the app and check in with the Emotions Compass, which then recommends content relating to their input. Facilitators can see content viewed by Service Users, allowing for opportunities for in-session follow-ups on the topics or teachings of the content.
Facilitators can create discussions for the group to respond to within the app. Discussions can be sent one-on-one or to a group. Invite a mid-week conversation about key intervention topics, or follow up on a task set during the last session – Discussions have the flexibility to work with your programme.
Ake is the home to accessible and easy-to-understand content covering a range of intervention topics such as family safety, identifying and labelling behaviours, understanding past trauma, maintaining healthy relationships, and many more.
Need to reschedule the group or send a Service User a reminder? Facilitators can send a push notification through the app to Service Users.
