If your service users have an Android or iOS device, they can download the Ake app from their respective app stores. Otherwise, the app is also accessible as a website over at https://akeapp.com/.

You can access the Ake from your web browser by going to: https://www.akeapp.com/.

No. Ake features audio and video that requires an internet connection to function and display properly.

You can request a password reset by opening the app or going to https://akeapp.com/ and clicking on “forgot your password?” under the email and password fields. This will send a password reset request to the email registered with the account.

Practitioner accounts do not have the ability to change an other User’s password. The User can reset their password by opening the app or going to https://akeapp.com/ and clicking on “Forgot your password?”. This will send a password reset form to the email registered with the User.
